3. Fixed Price Contract
We’ll share the final design along with the full project scope and fixed price. If everything feels right, you can move forward by signing the contract to make it official and setting a start date. Finally, submitting your deposit secures your spot on our calendar and sets the project in motion.
4. Project Execution
As your remodeling project takes shape, we’ll share regular project updates through your client dashboard in Houzz Pro so you always know how things are progressing. You’ll also have direct communication with us, whether by text, email, phone, or through the dashboard, making it easy to reach us whenever you need.
5. Warranty
With our warranty, your renovation is in good hands. Our guarantee ensures that for a year after your project, if anything breaks, we will fix it quickly and at no cost to you.
