Simply Select Process1. Building 101 Meeting
Our process begins with a free initial consultation, where we’ll talk through your vision, goals, and requirements to understand exactly what you’re hoping to achieve. From there, we’ll start a preliminary design, creating initial concepts that reflect your style and functional needs. Finally, we’ll provide a cost estimate to give you a clear idea of your project’s investment.
2. Preliminary Phase
Next we turn your ideas into detailed, buildable plans as you choose materials, finishes, and fixtures, either with the guidance of a designer or from our carefully curated collections. Finally, we move into detailed bidding, gathering bids from our trusted subcontractors and suppliers to ensure accuracy and transparency before construction begins.
3. Fixed Price Contract
We’ll share the final design along with the full project scope and fixed price. If everything feels right, you can move forward by signing the contract to make it official and setting a start date. Finally, submitting your deposit secures your spot on our calendar and sets the project in motion.
4. Project Execution
As your custom home takes shape, we’ll share regular project updates through your client dashboard in Houzz Pro so you always know how things are progressing. You’ll also have direct communication with us, whether by text, email, phone, or through the dashboard, making it easy to reach us whenever you need.
5. Warranty
With our warranty, your custom home is in good hands. Our guarantee ensures that for a year after your project, if anything breaks, we will fix it quickly and at no cost to you.
