Victor is the owner and President of Simply Home Builders. He started the company after years in residential construction, shaped by a long-standing interest in architecture, design, and how homes come together from the ground up.

Victor and his wife, Lana, have four children, and family is the central part of his life.
At work, he’s involved in the first client conversations through construction, reviewing plans, making decisions with the team, and staying close to projects to ensure the design intent and quality are carried through.
A lot of his focus comes back to doing things the right way and keeping everyone aligned. Clients, designers, and the construction team all working from the same understanding of what the home is supposed to be. When that happens, the process tends to run smoother and the outcome speaks for itself.
A fun fact about Victor: he enjoys a good sauna whenever he gets the chance to slow down and reset.
Shannon
Interior & Architectural Designer and Drafter
Shannon is our in-house Interior & Architectural Designer and Drafter with six years of experience in the home building industry. Originally from Grand Island, she creates detailed blueprints for our Simply Lux projects and works closely with clients on selections like flooring, cabinetry, and paint, helping turn their vision for a home into a cohesive, finished space.

Shannon enjoys finding thoughtful design solutions that feel intentional and unique while staying true to each homeowner’s vision. Project Manager
Vlad is a Project Manager at Simply Home Builders, where he oversees his projects and keeps each one moving forward from start to finish. Coming from a family of home builders, construction has always been part of his life. He learned early on to pay attention to the details and take pride in doing things the right way.

Originally from Lincoln, she brings experience managing complex projects and keeping things organized in fast-moving environments, which lets her support both clients and the business. In her role, she helps homeowners every step of the way, from planning and selections to handover and even warranty questions. She also handles contracts, business processes, and other behind-the-scenes work that keeps the company running smoothly and growing.
